These terms govern your use of nextgen-automation.ca and NextGen Automation's services. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Services. NextGen Automation provides business-automation consulting and software configuration services for local businesses. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in each client agreement or proposal.

Bookings. Discovery calls are free unless stated otherwise. You may reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation messages.

Messaging. If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy at nextgen-automation.ca/privacy for how we handle your information.

Payments. Fees are invoiced as agreed in writing. Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins unless otherwise agreed.

No guarantees. We work to improve your lead capture and response processes, but we do not guarantee specific business results.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGen Automation's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for services in the three months before the claim.

Intellectual property. Automation templates, workflows, and system designs remain NextGen Automation's property; your business data remains yours.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
